Hostellerie Lesco – Wetteren
Hostellerie Lesco in Wetteren is a haute cuisine restaurant housed in a listed heritage building. Retail Projects carried out the renewal of its interior, to a design by AprilOne. Every intervention was meant to enhance the guest experience without disturbing the character of the building.
The work included refreshed dining rooms, new flooring, upgraded guest facilities and carefully integrated functional areas. Marble accents, bespoke alabaster pendant lights and warm larch veneer set the tone for the materials. The photographs show a dining room with dark green panelling, ochre curtains, round tables in white linen and bouclé chairs beneath a ring-shaped pendant. A corridor with wood-veneer cabinets, a marble worktop and lit glass shelves links the spaces, while in the washroom a grey marble basin with a brass tap contrasts with a red cabinet. In the hall, the historic wooden staircase rises from a black and white marble floor.
