Who we are

Retail Projects is a Belgian interior fit-out company based in Heusden-Zolder. We fit out shops, hospitality venues, practices and offices completely: from choice of location, design and permits to build, handover and maintenance. With more than 60 years of combined experience and more than 4000 retail projects completed in Belgium and abroad, we know what works.

Our mission is to create retail interiors that help companies succeed and boost sales.

Leadership

Retail Projects changed ownership in 2023 through a management buy-out, initiated by Thomas Kumpen and Peter Mannaert. They had long been the driving forces behind the company. Peter continues his work as Director of Operations. Thomas, who joined the team in 2020, is Commercial Director.

Because we work with a specialist team of interior designers, energy consultants, EPB assessors and safety coordinators, we can respond quickly to your needs.

A growing team

Since the takeover, the team has doubled: new project managers have joined, along with new roles in administration and sales, and staff for sketching and communications. All our people and activities are brought together under one roof in Heusden-Zolder.
