Australian Home Made Ice Cream
Retail Projects carried out the interior fit-out of an Australian Home Made Ice Cream parlour, where homemade ice cream and waffles are sold straight onto the street.
The shopfront is fully open, with a long chilled ice cream display on a white plinth facing the pavement and a till unit clad in timber battens. Inside, a black brick wall with a strip of light and a dark tiled floor set the tone. The working furniture is in stainless steel: a waffle bar with waffle irons and display racks, and an island with soft-serve machines. Menu screens and black pendant lights hang above the work area, with the brand’s illuminated logo on the back wall.
