Long, narrow shop with marble counter, wall shelving and a round display table

On Rue au Beurre in Brussels, Retail Projects carried out the interior fit-out for two chocolate brands under one roof: Neuhaus and Corné Port-Royal. Each brand was given its own interior.

The Neuhaus section follows the brand’s familiar shop style: a long white marble-effect counter with a glass praline display, a wall of vertical slats with copper-coloured lettering, arched display cabinets and rounded walnut units with marble tops. White globe pendants and track spotlights light the space. The Corné Port-Royal area has a character of its own, with a yellow oval counter, oak wall cabinets and white wall units with glass shelves. The dark tiled floor and exposed timber beams tie the two zones together.
