Lowet – Bilzen

Retail Projects delivered the interior of the Lowet clothing store in Bilzen, with womenswear and menswear departments and a classic, homely feel.

The bespoke joinery is built up with mouldings, pilasters and cornices. The menswear department has dark lacquered cabinetry with rails for jackets, compartments for shirts, drawers with brass handles and small wall lights. Elsewhere the wall units are lacquered white, with shelves for knitwear, display units with pilasters and a raised platform by the window. A lounge with a buttoned sofa, fireplace and rug sits alongside units for bags and shoes. At the till, a dark panelled desk stands beneath a crystal chandelier on dark floor tiles, while the rest of the shop has a warm timber floor.
